Lyndale Marketing, Inc., and Rocky Mountain Technology Services, Inc. will not disclose or share customer information in any form or medium, to any other person, firm, or corporation except as is permitted by the customer in writing or in performance of service according to our agreement.

We comply with privacy laws and will take no action to cause our customers to violate those privacy laws. If applicable privacy laws change, we will take necessary steps to comply with those changes.

Lyndale Marketing, Inc., and Rocky Mountain Technology Services, Inc. will safeguard and hold confidential from disclosure all data relating to our customers’ businesses. However, as provided for in our customer agreement, we may need to update information with other card processing vendors relating to obtaining embossing services or authorization services in connection with card/PIN issuance, sales, and/or cash advance transactions.

As stated in our agreement, Lyndale Marketing, Inc., Rocky Mountain Technology Services, Inc. and our customers agree that certain data relating to our customers, including, but not limited to proprietary information such as member lists, member financial data, and non public personal information as defined in NCUA part 716, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information (collectively "Confidential Information") require protection against unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or disclosure.
